Design project of apartments in loft style for a young couple with a son aged ten. The hosts expressed the wish to leave untouched the concrete ceiling and the brick walls. Zooi designers managed to create for this family a dramatic but comfortable home interior. The project has been also published in a popular Brazilian magazine about design.

A lot of black colour enables us to distinguish an interesting texture and also to emphasize the items of the interior. Here nothing is superfluous, any element has a reasonable place, a minimal decor. The space seems natural, not closed.

Children's room is made with reference to the future; the boy likes this room now, and with a subsequent replacement of the few pieces of furniture, this ambience will be converted easily into the child room interior. Usually Zooi designers don't use the wall bars in children rooms, because, as a rule, they look unaesthetic. It was a fortune to find a good wall: stylish and practical.

The hidden Kitchen: wooden shield covers the whole kitchen module. The designers wanted to achieve the maximum brevity and it was impossible leaving the cookware visible. Thus, they created a single open space, bigger and with the look of a living room, a place to rest. Almost all the furniture in the apartment has been made on order, in Ukraine, under the control of Zooi studio engineers.
