Pure minimalist interior style by the design studio ZOOI for a family with a small daughter. Customers wanted their apartment to be modern, spacious and bright, and for this purposes the designers Pavel Voytov and Maxim Doschinsky made a redesign, developing a minimalist interior design and cabinet furniture individually for this project.

Solutions

To implement this project, three apartments were merged: one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments. As a result, an apartment for a young family occupies a 300 sq.m. half-floor. The redesign of the interior designers Pavel Voytov and Maxim Doschinsky logically and intuitively connects all rooms and spaces together. The apartment has all the necessary premises for customers: the open space consisting of living room, kitchen and dining area; master and guest bedrooms; a room for the child; the nanny room; a laundry and three bathrooms (main, guest and child).

The open space, which includes kitchen, living room and dining room is conventionally divided by pylons, technical track lights from the XAL factory, colors and textures. In the kitchen the clear shapes and contrasts prevail: white, black and wood. The design of the island was chosen for reasons of different ways of spending time: having breakfast with your family or enjoying a bottle of wine with friends. A massive kitchen module for storage accommodates everything you need. This is a kitchen that will feed both the bellies and eyes!

For lunch and dinner there is a dining area near the panoramic windows!

In the living room the mood of the open space is changing: a huge modular sofa from the Italian factory Lema, the color of coffee and milk. Here all textiles have been selected: carpets and curtains. It is impossible not to pay attention to the stylish floor lamp, bent over a coffee table. This product is from the Italian factory Vibia.

The interior of the bedroom exceeds all expectations in its level of comfort! The cabinet furniture in the bedroom has an open structure which creates a sense of spaciousness, and can be made of translucent materials. Above the bed you can see the designer lamps similar to solar discs (factory Marset, Italy), and to illuminate the passage between the dressing rooms the designers chose the technical light from the XAL factory (Austria).

The bedroom is combined with a bath, which is decorated with white marble slabs, and a shower box. The white designer bathroom bowl is set right next to the viewport. The bathroom zone is separated from the bedroom by a transparent glass.

The guest bedroom also has its own comfortable feature: a place to relax by the window, which completely occupies one side of the room.

The nanny's bedroom is compact and also looks comfortable and functional. Here, a full rest is guaranteed, and the level of design expresses respect for the person who cares about the child.

And finally the room for the child, divided into two zones: for recreation and for study. The perimeter of the room and the work desk are decorated in the form of lovely houses, designed by ZOOI interior designers.

With so much air left in this room, the transparent outboard swing-chair satisfies the wish of chatting with your feet in it ! The design of the bathroom is made in the same color scheme and with the use of an analogue decor.

Tips

The interior of the baby room and its bathroom was assisted by the artist Vitaly Makoviy, who realized also the decorative houses.

All connecting premises (corridors and aisles) were also used for the installation of the hidden storage systems (all kinds of cabinets and storerooms). Thus, the interior studio ZOOI provided the owners of the apartment with all the necessary furniture.
